Egg noodles for kids | Kids special Egg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • Noodles 200 grams
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp.
  • onion powder 1 tsp optional
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Garam masala ⅓ tsp
  • Pepper powder 1-2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • Salt as required

Instructions

  • Boil water in a vessel
  • Once it boils add the noodles, salt and 1 tsp oil and cook for 5-7 minutes till done
  • Drain the water and keep it ready
  • Heat oil in kadai and crack the eggs
  • Add salt and pepper required for eggs and scramble them.
  • Then add red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, garam masala, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Give quick saute and add cooked noodles
  • Then add salt and pepper powder
  • Saute everything together in high flame.
  • Serve noodles hot with tomato sauce

Notes

I always use wheat or millet based noodles.
I cook the noodles soft for kids as it is easy for them to eat
Increase the spiciness as I have made less spicy for kids
Add vegetables along with eggs
Replace garlic powder with ginger garlic paste if you don't have.
