Egg pepper roast is simple and delicious side dish with egg which can be prepared quickly.

Ingredients
Eggs 4
Onions 1 big
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Salt as required
Coriander leaves to garnish
To Temper
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Urad dal ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves few
Instructions
Boil the egg for 15 minutes
Remove the shell and cut them into two halves
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Once it browns add the sliced onions till it browns.
Now add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
Mix it nicely till everything is combined.
Add the halved eggs and saute for few mins till everything is blended together.
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve Egg pepper roast hot.

Adjust the pepper powder as per your tasteFreshly grounded pepper powder adds more taste to the dishYou can add green chilli along with onions for more spiciness
