Sieve wheat flour along with baking soda and baking powder 5-6 times and keep it ready. This step is very important for getting airy, soft and fluffy cake.
Take milk and jaggery in a bowl and mix till jaggery is dissolved.
Then add vinegar, oil, vanilla essence, mix and keep it aside for 5 mins.
Add the dry ingredients in batches to wet mixture
Mix till it is nicely combined and vanilla batter is ready.
Take half of the batter and add cocoa powder to it
Mix it nicely and choco batter is ready.
Grease the muffin tray or place liners in muffin tray
Pour the layer to vanilla batter first.
Then add the chocolate layer
Repeat it till it forms the ¾th of the liner.
Using Tooth picks or skewer and make a swirl in each muffins
Preheat the oven to 160°C for 10 minutes
Place the muffin tray in oven and bake in the same temperature for 20-25 minutes till tooth pic inserted comes out clean.
Remove from muffin tray and serve
