Sieve maida, baking powder and salt couple of times and keep it ready
Take milk in a bowl.
Add sugar, oil, vinegar, vanilla essence
Mix nicely till everything is combined and sugar is dissolved. keep it aside for 5 minutes
Then add the dry ingredients in batches.
Mix everything together till nicely combined.
Line the cup cake tray with liners.
Fill the batter to ¾th of the liner and tap the tray. I used my muffin cups for rest of the batter.
Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake in the same temperature for 20-22 minutes till toothpick inserted comes clean.
Cool the cake in wire rack
Decorate them or serve it plain.
Decorating
Prepare Glace Icing as per the instructions.
Once the cake cools down, apply the glace icing on top of cup cakes.
Top it with sprinkles and allow it to dry.
Enjoy the vanilla cupcakes.

Baking time can vary depending on different types of oven as well as size of cupcakes. So keep an eye after 15 minutesCool the cake completely before decoratingYou can use butter instead of oil
