Fish 65 is crispy and delicious starter prepared using boneless fish marinated with spices and deep fried.

Ingredients
Boneless fish 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Cumin powder ¼ tsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
curd 2 tbsp or 1 egg
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Instructions
Clean and remove the bones from fish or use boneless fillets.
Take boneless fish in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients to the fish.
Mix nicely till everything is combined and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Heat oil in a pan and drop the fish pieces.
Deep fry them till crispy and golden.
Drain in kitchen tissue.
Serve Fish 65 hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise
Notes
I sometimes use egg otherwise use curd. Adjust the spices according to your preference. You can fry the fish in 15 minutes. But allow it to marinate for more time to absorb the flavor.
