Fish 65 Recipe | How to make Fish 65

Fish 65 is crispy and delicious starter prepared using boneless fish marinated with spices and deep fried.

Ingredients

  • Boneless fish 500 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ¼ tsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • curd 2 tbsp or 1 egg
  • Lime juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Clean and remove the bones from fish or use boneless fillets.
  • Take boneless fish in a bowl.
  • Add all the other ingredients to the fish.
  • Mix nicely till everything is combined and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop the fish pieces.
  • Deep fry them till crispy and golden.
  • Drain in kitchen tissue.
  • Serve Fish 65 hot with tomato sauce or mayonnaise

Notes

I sometimes use egg otherwise use curd.
Adjust the spices according to your preference.
You can fry the fish in 15 minutes. But allow it to marinate for more time to absorb the flavor.
