Fish fingers Recipe | Crispy Fish Fingers | How to make Fish Fingers in Home

Fish fingers are so crispy, delicious and served with Mayo

Ingredients

  • Boneless Fish 250 grams
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder ½ tbsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required

Instructions

  • Clean and wash the fish fingers and take in a bowl.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder to fish fingers
  • Mix it nicely to coat them evenly
  • Now add one egg and mix it with fish fingers
  • Take bread crumbs in plate
  • Take each fish piece and roll them in bread crumbs
  • Repeat the same for all pieces.
  • Keep the marinated fish fingers in fridge until frying.
  • Heat oil and shallow/deep fry them till crisp.
  • Drain in kitchen tissue
  • For baking arrange them in baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 20-25 minutes till it is crisp
  • Crispy fish fingers is ready
  • Enjoy them with tomato sauce or Mayo

Notes

Replace garlic powder with ginger garlic paste
