Fish fingers are so crispy, delicious and served with Mayo

Ingredients
Boneless Fish 250 grams
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tbsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as required
Instructions
Clean and wash the fish fingers and take in a bowl.
Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder to fish fingers
Mix it nicely to coat them evenly
Now add one egg and mix it with fish fingers
Take bread crumbs in plate
Take each fish piece and roll them in bread crumbs
Repeat the same for all pieces.
Keep the marinated fish fingers in fridge until frying.
Heat oil and shallow/deep fry them till crisp.
Drain in kitchen tissue
For baking arrange them in baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 20-25 minutes till it is crisp
Crispy fish fingers is ready
Enjoy them with tomato sauce or Mayo

Replace garlic powder with ginger garlic paste
