Fish fingers Recipe | Crispy Fish Fingers | How to make Fish Fingers in Home recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. It is one of the popular starter recipe in restaurant. They are so crispy, delicious and served with Mayo. It is very easy to make this starter in home and requires only basic ingredients. My daughter loves fish and I make this so often in home. We should use any big variety of fish like Salmon and cut them as boneless fingers removing skin. I usually ask to cut in local shop where we buy fish so it is easy for us.
It's been so busy with school started, working and managing everything in home. This is long pending post and sitting in my drafts for long time. Finally I was able to post today. Marinate the fish with basic spices, egg and coat them in bread crumbs. You can shallow/deep fry the fish or bake them in oven. These can be great appetizers in parties or for snacks. You can prepare them ahead and fry/bake as and when required. You can serve it with tomato sauce or mayonnaise

Ingredients
- Boneless Fish 250 grams
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs as required
Instructions
- Clean and wash the fish fingers and take in a bowl.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder to fish fingers
- Mix it nicely to coat them evenly
- Now add one egg and mix it with fish fingers
- Take bread crumbs in plate
- Take each fish piece and roll them in bread crumbs
- Repeat the same for all pieces.
- Keep the marinated fish fingers in fridge until frying.
- Heat oil and shallow/deep fry them till crisp.
- Drain in kitchen tissue
- For baking arrange them in baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 20-25 minutes till it is crisp
- Crispy fish fingers is ready
- Enjoy them with tomato sauce or Mayo
Notes
Replace garlic powder with ginger garlic paste
