Take wheat flour in bowl, add salt and 1 tbsp oil.
Mix it nicely with hands
Then add water little by little and knead to form dough.
Add little oil now and knead for 7-10 minutes till dough is soft and smooth.
Cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes
Wash and soak horse gram for 3-4 hours
Pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.
Drain the water and take it in mixer
Grind to coarse or smooth paste and transfer to bowl.
Add all the other ingredients under stuffing to horse gram.
Mix everything till it is combined.
Take one ball of dough and dust it with some flour.
Roll them as small circle and place the stuffing in the centre
Bring all the edges and seal them
Now roll them like chapati sprinkling little flour.
Heat kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top.
Flip them and cook on both sides till golden.
Repeat the same for rest of the dough..
Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle or any gravy
