Garlic Onion Yogurt Dip | Spicy Yogurt Dip recipe

Garlic onion Yogurt dip is dipping sauce made with yogurt and flavored with garlic powder, onion powder, red chilli powder and Italian seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Hung curd ⅓ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Italian seasoning ½ tsp

Instructions

  • To prepare hung curd, drain the normal curd in muslin cloth and remove all moisture content from it.
  • Squeeze occasionally to remove any excess water and allow it to hang for 4-5 hours.
  • Hung curd is ready.
  • Transfer the curd to bowl.
  • Add all the other seasoning to it.
  • Mix it nicely till everything is combined.
  • Spicy garlic onions yogurt dip is ready.

Notes

You can use greek yogurt instead of hung curd.
Adjust the seasonings and spices according to your preference.
