Ingredients
Coriander ½ cup
Mint leaves ⅓ cup
Green chillies 2
Crushed ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 optional
Cumin ¾ tsp
Curd/lime juice 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Water as required
Instructions
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready
Take coriander and mint leaves in blender
Add green chillies, garlic, cumin and crushed ginger to it.
Grind them to fine paste adding little water
Transfer to bowl
Add salt and curd to green chutney and mix
Green chutney is ready to serve
