Grilled pineapple is delicious starter made by marinating pineapple slices with spices and cooking in stove/oven/tandoor.

Ingredients
Pineapple 2 cups loosely packed
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ¼ tsp
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp optional
Salt 1 pinch
Chaat masala to sprinkle optional
Oil little to brush
Instructions
Remove the skin of pineapple and cut them as small cubes.
Take pineapple cubes in a bowl.
Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, lime juice and salt.
Mix them till it is nicely coated and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
Take skewers and insert the pineapple cubes to it.
In the pan add few drops of oil and grill the skewers.
Brush it with little oil and sprinkle chaat masala on top. Turn the skewers and cook on all sides till done.
Grilled pineapple skewers in ready.
Notes
You can add some veggies along with pineapple and grill them. Adjust the spices according to your preference. You can skip lime juice if the pineapple is already tangyYou can use canned pineapple if fresh one is not available. Fresh one is always better
