Homemade Chocolate | Homemade Milk Chocolate

Learn how to make simple chocolates in home.

Ingredients

  • Milk powder ¾ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup + ⅛ cup

Instructions

  • Mix milk powder and cocoa powder and keep it ready.
  • Take sugar in pan
  • Add water and allow it to boil
  • Allow it to boil till it reaches one string consistency.
  • Now switch off the flame.
  • Add the milk powder and cocoa mixture and mix till everything is combined.
  • Grease the plate of baking tray with butter. I used my mini loaf pan.
  • Pour the batter into pan and tap.
  • Allow it to cool down for ½ hour to one hour.
  • Once it is set you can cut into desired pieces.
  • Yummy homemade chocolates is ready.

Notes

You can use nuts like cashews, badam, pista etc
You can add little vanilla essence for flavor
You can use chocolate moulds to get desired shapes.
Basically ratio is 3:2:1 of milk powder, sugar and cocoa. I used less cocoa powder since my cocoa powder is strong
