Idli fry is quick and easy snack which can be made with leftover idli. Idli is one of the most common breakfast recipes in south India.

Ingredients
Idli 2
Red chilli powder ΒΌ tsp
Turmeric powder β tsp
Cumin powder β tsp
Garam masala β tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Salt little
Instructions
Freeze the idli for few hours and keep it ready.
Cut them as small cubes
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, corn flour and salt to it.
Mix it nicely adding few drops of water.
Heat oil in a pan and deep the fry the idli.
Quick and easy idli fry is ready.
Notes
Keep the idli in fridge for few hours so it is easy to cut them
You can shallow fry or bake in oven.
