Idli Fry recipe | How to make Idli Fry recipe | Leftover Idli recipes with step by step pictures and instructions. It is quick and easy snack which can be made with leftover idli. Idli is one of the most common breakfast recipe in south India. We always have some leftover idli and we make upma or masala idli mostly. This is one the easy way to use the leftover idli and kids will really enjoy these crispy fries. You can make it in less than 15 minutes.
Always use leftover idli as fresh idli will break while frying in oil. Keep in fridge for few hours so it is easy to cube the idli. I always deep fry when making for kids and prefer shallow frying for us. You can even bake in oven. This week I am going to post three simple and easy school snacks recipes.Sending this to Srivalli's Kid's Delight event, guest hosted by PJ themed on Snack Box Ideas.
