Ingredients
Wheat flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Water 1.5 cups or more
Jeera 1 tsp
Oil to drizzle
Instructions
Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl
Add water to it slowly and mix
Mix to form a lump-free batter.
Add jeera to it and mix
Adjust the consistency of the batter as per your preference.
Heat the dosa pan and pour the batter over it.
Drizzle oil and slowly cook in medium flame.
Then flip the dosa and cook for a minute.
Crispy wheat dosa is ready.
Notes
You can add some onions, green chilli or grated veggies to the batter and make dosa. Adjust the consistency of the batter according to your choice.More watery battery will yield crispy dosa and little thick batter makes soft dosa.Crispy dosa will take 2-3 minutes to cook
