Cut the paneer as cubes and marinate with salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder
Mix till it is nicely coated and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes. Place the paneer cubes in the basket and air fry them for 8- 10 minutes.
Shake the tray once after 5 minutes.
Heat oil and temper with cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaf
Add finely chopped onions and saute for 1 minute
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Then add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy.
Next add the kadai masala, green chilli and salt.
Sprinkle little water and boil for 2 minutes.
Then add chopped capsicum.
Add water and allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes
Then add cream to the mixture.
Next, add roasted paneer to it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Finally, add the kasuri methi and garnish with coriander leaves and ginger juvenille.
Flavorful Kadai Paneer is ready.
