Take Jaggery in kadai
Take 1 tbsp of water and allow it to melt
Once it is fully melted, switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.
Filter to remove impurities and keep it aside.
Take butter in bowl and add jaggery
Whisk together to form creamy mixture
Now add baking powder, cardamom powder, salt, and kambu flour
Mix everything together to form smooth dough.
Dough will be little sticky. Shape the dough as log and wrap it in cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
After one hour, take the firm dough and cut them as slices.
Place the cookies in baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 20-22 minutes till it is done.
Serve the cookies with hot cup of Tea/Coffee
