Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, channa dal, red chilli and curry leaves
Once it browns add the finely chopped green chilli.
Then add the extracted lemon juice
Add turmeric powder, hing and salt and mix nicely
Switch off the flame immediately. Don't allow to boil much.
Allow it to cool down
Take cooked rice in big bowl.
Add the lemon rice paste and mix it nicely
Check the seasoning and add salt if required
Serve the Lemon rice

I used normal cooking rice. you can use basmati rice tooGive it more resting time for rest to absorb the flavorPeanuts adds more flavor to rice so add them.
