Wash and peel the skin of mangoes
Take ½ cup mango in blender
Blend them to smooth puree
Take nuts in mortar.
Crush them coarsely and keep it ready
Boil milk in a pan
Once it boils, keep the flame to low and keep stirring without burning
Allow it to reduce to ⅓rd of its volume
Add milk powder and keep stirring without forming any lumps
Then add sugar and mix it gets dissolved.
Then add cream and mix nicely till it is creamy and switch off the flame
Now add the cardamom powder.
Garnish with nuts of your choice
Finally add the mango puree and mix without lumps
Fill the kulfi moulds or matka pots or normal steel tumbler
Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight till it is set completely.
Before serving keep the mould in water for few secs to remove the kulfi easily. You can use knife and run through the edges too.
