Wash and slit the tomatoes
Blanch them in water 5-7 minutes till outer layer is separates
Remove the skin of the tomatoes.
Mash them roughly with hands or masher. Alternatively, you can blend them in a mixer.
Heat oil and add finely chopped garlic.
Then add finely chopped onions and saute till golden.
Next, add the mashed tomatoes and cook for few minutes.
Then add salt, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, and Italian seasoning.
Close and allow it to boil for 5-7 minutes.
Check the seasoning and switch off the flame.
Allow it to cool down and take in a mixer.
Pulse it a couple of times.
Delicious marinara sauce is ready. Store in a clean container and use them as required.
