Mushroom 65 | Mushroom Fry Recipe

Mushroom 65 is simple Indian starter which is crispy.

Ingredients

  • Mushroom 200 gms
  • besan flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder ¼ tsp

Instructions

  • Wash the mushrooms first and wipe them with tissue to remove excess water and cut them in medium size.
  • Add all the other ingredients to mushroom and mix well.
  • Mix well so it coats the mushroom. Mushroom will leave some water to mix the batter. You can add few drops of water if required.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in medium flame till crisp.
  • Serve mushrooms hot with tomato sauce

Notes

Mushroom will leave water if batter is kept for long time before frying.
