Mushroom 65 | Mushroom Fry Recipe
Mushroom 65 is simple Indian starter which is crispy.

Ingredients
Mushroom 200 gms
besan flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Instructions
Wash the mushrooms first and wipe them with tissue to remove excess water and cut them in medium size.
Add all the other ingredients to mushroom and mix well.
Mix well so it coats the mushroom. Mushroom will leave some water to mix the batter. You can add few drops of water if required.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in medium flame till crisp.
Serve mushrooms hot with tomato sauce
Notes
Mushroom will leave water if batter is kept for long time before frying.
