Mushroom Noodles Recipe | How to make Mushroom Noodles

Mushroom noodles is easy and quick stir fried noodles with mushroom

Ingredients

  • Noodles 100 grams
  • Mushroom 100 grams
  • Carrot ½ cup
  • Cabbage ½ cup
  • Garlic 3-4 finely chopped
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Vineger 1 tsp
  • Spring onions to garnish.

Instructions

  • Boil water in a vessel. Once it boils add the noodles, few drops of oil and ½ tsp salt.
  • Once it is cooked, drain the water and run through cold water and keep it aside.
  • Wash and slice the mushroom and vegetables.
  • Heat oil and add the finely chopped garlic.
  • Then add mushroom, carrot, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes in high flame.
  • Then add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vineger and give a quick stir.
  • Finally add the cooked noodles
  • Toss in high flame for 3-4 minutes till everything is coated together.
  • Yummy and delicious mushroom noodles is ready.
  • Serve it with ketchup or any Manchurian

Notes

I always use wheat based or millet noodles. You can use any variety of noodles. Cooking time will vary depending on the type. Make sure it is just done otherwise it may become mushy.
Adjust the sauces and spices according to your taste.
You can add other veggies, egg or chicken too.
Garnish with spring onions. I skipped it since I didn't have them in stock.
