Boil water in a vessel. Once it boils add the noodles, few drops of oil and ½ tsp salt.
Once it is cooked, drain the water and run through cold water and keep it aside.
Wash and slice the mushroom and vegetables.
Heat oil and add the finely chopped garlic.
Then add mushroom, carrot, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes in high flame.
Then add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vineger and give a quick stir.
Finally add the cooked noodles
Toss in high flame for 3-4 minutes till everything is coated together.
Yummy and delicious mushroom noodles is ready.
Serve it with ketchup or any Manchurian
