Mushroom Soup Recipe | How to make Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms 5-6
  • Onion 1 small
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil/Butter 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Pepper Powder ½ tsp or as required
  • Water 1 cup

Instructions

  • Wash, clean and dry the mushrooms. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions.
  • Heat oil in pan and add the finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute them nicely till brown and add the finely chopped mushrooms.
  • Saute the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and add 1 cup of water.
  • Mix corn flour with little water. Add corn flour mixture to mushrooms.
  • Soup will start to get thicken. Add salt and pepper powder and boil for 1 minute.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve Mushroom soup hot topped with corn flakes.

Notes

Adjust the consistency according to your taste.
Skip ginger garlic paste and add finely chopped garlic.
