Ingredients
Mushrooms 5-6
Onion 1 small
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil/Butter 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tsp
Salt as required
Pepper Powder ½ tsp or as required
Water 1 cup
Instructions
Wash, clean and dry the mushrooms. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions.
Heat oil in pan and add the finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
Saute them nicely till brown and add the finely chopped mushrooms.
Saute the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes and add 1 cup of water.
Mix corn flour with little water. Add corn flour mixture to mushrooms.
Soup will start to get thicken. Add salt and pepper powder and boil for 1 minute.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve Mushroom soup hot topped with corn flakes.
Notes
Adjust the consistency according to your taste.
Skip ginger garlic paste and add finely chopped garlic.
