Nachos chips is crispy deep fried chips made with maize flour and spices

Ingredients
Maize Flour ¾ cup
Wheat flour ⅓ cup
Ajwain/carom seeds ¼ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil 2 tsp + Extra for deep frying
Instructions
Take wheat flour and maize flour in a bowl
Add oregano, salt, ajwain to it
Add oil and rub it nicely.
Then add water and knead
Knead to smooth dough.
Dust with flour and roll the dough as circle. Prick it with fork. Cut them as triangle shapes.
Heat oil and deep fry them till done.
Nachos chips is ready. Serve it with cheesy dip, tomato salsa and guacamole.
Notes
Dough should be non sticky so it is easy to roll. Wheat flour helps to bind the dough otherwise while rolling it will break. We can add any spices of our choice
