Take wheat flour in bowl, add salt and 1 tbsp oil.
Mix it nicely with hands
Then add water little by little and knead to form dough.
Add little oil now and knead for 7-10 minutes till dough is soft and smooth.
Cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Finely chop the onions, add salt to it and keep it aside for 5 minutes
It will leave water. Squeeze the onions to remove all water
Then add finely chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and amchur powder.
Mix it together till everything is combined.
Onion stuffing is ready.
Take small balls, roll them as small circle and place the stuffing.
Bring all the edges and seal them
Now roll them like chapati sprinkling little flour.
Heat kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top.
Flip them and cook on both sides till golden.
Repeat the same for rest of the dough..
Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle or any gravy
