Onion Paratha Recipe | Pyaaz Ka Paratha | Spicy Stuffed Onion Paratha

Onion Paratha Recipe | Pyaaz Ka Paratha | Spicy Stuffed Onion Paratha recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Onion Paratha is delicious paratha made with stuffed onion and spices. It makes a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe. It can be served with simple raita, pickle or any exotic gravy like kadai mushroom or Dum Aloo.
Me and hubby loves to eat onions raw so I always use it as such for stuffing. But you can always saute the onions with spices and use it for stuffing. It can be made quickly whenever you have some left over dough. Key to get soft paratha is kneading the dough nicely till it is soft and pliable. Adjust the spices according to your choice. Skip green chilli when making for kids.
