Take maida, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix.
Add oil to it and mix till it is crumbly
Add water little by little to form soft dough.
Cover and set aside for 4-5 hours.
Take dough in the counter.
Roll them as thin rectangular sheet which is transparent. Apply oil so it doesn't stick.
Then add little maida and oil and form the paste.
Apply the paste all over the rolled dough.
Then fold ⅓ rd of the rectangle both sides and bring together.
Then add maida and oil again and form the paste and spread.
Now again fold both the sides to form a square.
Then roll it again to form rectangle.
Then slice them as strips
Lift each strip and pull and form round shape pinching in the top.
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake in the same temperature for 40-45 minutes till it is brown.
Cool on wire rack and enjoy with a cup of Tea/Coffee.
