Paneer Masala Dosa | Paneer Dosa

Paneer Masala dosa is a variation of masala dosa stuffed with paneer.

Ingredients

  • Dosa batter 3 cups
  • Grated Paneer 1 cup heaped
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp finely chopped
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Mustard ¼ tsp

Instructions

  • Grate the paneer and keep it ready
  • Heat oil and temper with mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Once it browns add the finely chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
  • Then add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
  • Next add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
  • Sprinkle little water and allow the masala to cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Then add grated paneer to it
  • Cook till paneer is cooked and the raw smell of masalas is gone.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame
  • Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
  • Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa.
  • Add the paneer masala to it and drizzle oil.
  • Once it is cooked, fold the dosa and remove it from the pan.
  • Similarly, make dosa with rest of the masalas.
  • Delicious paneer masala dosa is ready.

Notes

Adjust the spices according to your preference in masala
I used fresh homemade paneer. You can use store-bought paneer too.
You can cut them as small cubes instead of grating
You can make 5-6 dosas with the masala.
