Grate the paneer and keep it ready
Heat oil and temper with mustard and cumin seeds.
Once it browns add the finely chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
Then add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
Next add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.
Sprinkle little water and allow the masala to cook for 2-3 minutes
Then add grated paneer to it
Cook till paneer is cooked and the raw smell of masalas is gone.
Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame
Take dosa batter and add little water to adjust consistency.
Heat dosa pan and spread the dosa.
Add the paneer masala to it and drizzle oil.
Once it is cooked, fold the dosa and remove it from the pan.
Similarly, make dosa with rest of the masalas.
Delicious paneer masala dosa is ready.
