Paneer Sandwich Recipe | How to make Paneer Sandwich

Paneer sandwich is simple and quick grilled sandwich made with paneer, vegetables and spices.

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices 4
  • Paneer ½ cup
  • Carrot ¼ cup
  • Onions ¼ cup
  • Tomato 1 small
  • Green chilli 1
  • Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Amchur powder ½ tsp
  • Green chutney as required

Instructions

  • Cut the paneer as small pieces
  • Take it in a bowl along with carrot, onions, tomato, green chilli.
  • Then add red chilli powder, pepper powder, amchur powder and salt.
  • Mix everything together and stuffing is ready
  • Take bread slices and apply green chutney on the top
  • Then add the stuffing to it.
  • Cover with remaining bread slices
  • Place them in toaster or you can toast them in stove top.
  • Toast till bread is browned
  • Paneer sandwich is ready.
  • Serve hot with cup of Coffee/Tea.

Notes

Add any vegetables of your choice.
You can saute the vegetables and use if you don't like it raw.
