Finely chop the onions, green chilli and capsicum and keep it ready.
Heat oil in a kadai and add fennel seeds to it.
Add finely chopped onions and green chilli and saute for 1 min
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute nicely till raw smell goes.
Next add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy and add chopped capsicum.
Then add salt and all the masala and saute for 5 minutes till capsicum is half cooked.
Now add the paneer and mix everything together. Check seasoning and add more salt or spice as required.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Paneer capsicum stuffing is ready.
Take maida, salt and add water to form thick batter.
Heat kadai and spread the batter like mini dosa.
Once it is almost cooked just remove from kadai. No need to flip the sheet.
Place the filling in the prepared sheet
Roll and seal the edges. Heat from the sheet and slight stickiness help to seal the edges.
Prepare the rest in similar way and refrigerate the rolls.
Heat oil and deep fry them when required.
Delicious Paneer Spring Rolls is ready.
