Warm water and add sugar to it and mix till sugar is dissolved.
Add yeast to it and mix.
Cover and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
After 10 minutes yeast mixture will be frothy. This shows yeast is active. If it is not frothy don't proceed further
Take wheat flour, milk powder and salt in a bowl.
Add frothy yeast mixture to it and knead to form dough
Transfer the dough to counter and add butter.
Knead it nicely for 10-12 minutes till dough is soft and pliable
Cover and keep it aside for 1 hour or till it doubles in size.
Take all ingredients listed under paneer tikka masala except veggies in a bowl and mix to form a thick paste
Add paneer, onions, tomatoes and capsicum to it.
Mix it nicely till it is coated and keep it aside for 1 hour or overnight.
Then sprinkle some flour in pizza tray.
Take big dough and flatten them in pizza tray.
Now prick it with fork on both the bases.
Preheat the oven to 225°C for 15-20 mins and bake in the same temperature for 5-7 minutes. Since I used thick pizza base baked them little before adding toppings. You can skip this when your base is medium or thin.
Apply pizza sauce on top of it
Add the marinated paneer, onions, tomatoes and capsicum
Sprinkle generous amount of cheese on top of it.
Sprinkle salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and Italian seasoning.
Preheat the oven to 225°C for 15-20 mins and bake in the same temperature for 20-25 minutes till it is ready.
Paneer Tikka Pizza is ready.
