Paniyaram with idli dosa batter is quick and instant breakfast or dinner recipe which gets ready in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
Idli dosa batter 3 cups
Onions 1 big finely chopped
Green chili 2 finely chopped
Oil 1.5 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Salt as
Curry leaves handful finely chopped
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp finely chopped
Instructions
Heat oil and temper with mustard and urad dal.
Then add finely chopped onions and green chili.
Next, add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Saute nicely and switch off the flame.
Take the batter in a bowl.
Add the onion mixture to it
Mix the batter till everything is combined.
Heat paniyaram pan and drizzle some oil on the holes.
Pour the batter into each hole and allow it to cook.
Carefully flip and cook till golden.
Instant kuzhi paniyaram is ready.
Notes
Nicely fermented batter will taste much better than fresh batter. You can add some veggies of your choice too. I sometimes add small tomato along with onions and it will taste good too.
