Paniyaram with Idli Dosa Batter Recipe | Instant Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe

Paniyaram with idli dosa batter is quick and instant breakfast or dinner recipe which gets ready in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Idli dosa batter 3 cups
  • Onions 1 big finely chopped
  • Green chili 2 finely chopped
  • Oil 1.5 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Salt as
  • Curry leaves handful finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp finely chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oil and temper with mustard and urad dal.
  • Then add finely chopped onions and green chili.
  • Next, add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Saute nicely and switch off the flame.
  • Take the batter in a bowl.
  • Add the onion mixture to it
  • Mix the batter till everything is combined.
  • Heat paniyaram pan and drizzle some oil on the holes.
  • Pour the batter into each hole and allow it to cook.
  • Carefully flip and cook till golden.
  • Instant kuzhi paniyaram is ready.

Notes

Nicely fermented batter will taste much better than fresh batter.
You can add some veggies of your choice too.
I sometimes add small tomato along with onions and it will taste good too.
