How to make Paniyaram with Idli Dosa Batter with step by step pictures
Heat oil and temper with mustard and urad dal.
Then add finely chopped onions and green chili.
Next, add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Saute nicely and switch off the flame.
Take the batter in a bowl. Add the onion mixture to it
Mix the batter till everything is combined.
Heat paniyaram pan and drizzle some oil on the holes.
Pour the batter into each hole and allow it to cook.
Carefully flip and cook till golden.
Instant kuzhi paniyaram is ready.
