Remove the skin of peanuts
Take them in pan, roast and transfer to plate.
Then in the same pan add oil chana dal, urad dal and red chilli.
Once it browns add the grated coconut.
Saute them for a minute and allow it to cool down
Take the mixture and peanuts in mixer and grind to coarse powder
Store them in a container and use as required
Heat oil and temper with mustard, urad dal, chana dal and peanuts.
Add curry leaves to it.
Once it browns add it to cooked rice.
Add the peanut powder as required
Mix everything together. Check the seasoning and adjust the salt and peanut powder as required.
Yummy peanut rice is ready.
