Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add poha to it and stir continuously.
Roast the poha till crispy and crunchy. Make sure you don't burn them.
Transfer them to bowl and allow to cool down
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add the peanuts, roasted gram dal, coconut, badam and cashews.
Fry them till golden
Add few curry leaves and switch off the flame.
Add this to roasted poha.
Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and hing
Toss them nicely till combined.
Poha Chivda is ready.
