Boil, peel and mash the potatoes and take in a bowl
Add corn flour, pepper powder, salt and red chilli flakes
Mix together to form stiff dough
Make small balls of them and flatten it. Keep the cheese cubes inside and make balls
Repeat the same for rest of the dough
Then mix maida with few tbsp of water to form thick dough.
Dip the balls in maida mixture
Then roll them in bread crumbs
Repeat the same for all balls
Heat oil and fry them till golden.
