The perfect snack to serve at parties and I am sure kids will finish them in no time. I love making this kind of snack which can be prepared one or two days ahead and kept in the fridge.
We can fry or bake them just before serving. Serve them hot with ketchup or mayonnaise. If you want to avoid deep-frying, you can make it in an oven or air fryer. I used cheese cubes. How to make Potato cheese balls with step by step pictures
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes and take in a bowl
Add cornflour, pepper powder, salt, and red chilli flakes
Mix together to form a stiff dough
Make small balls of them and flatten them. Keep the cheese cubes inside and make balls
Repeat the same for the rest of the dough
Then mix maida with a few tbsp of water to form a thick dough.
Dip the balls in maida mixture
Then roll them in bread crumbs
Repeat the same for all balls
Heat oil and fry them till golden.
