Bhel Puri Recipe | How to make Bhel Puri recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. It is one of the popular chaat in Mumbai made with puffed rice. Puffed rice is mixed with veggies, chutneys, papdi and garnished with sev. So quick and simple to make when you have the green chutney and tamarind chutney ready.
There is also dry version of bhel puri without chutney. If you skip papdi and sev, it is low calorie snack which you can enjoy guilt free. There is no specific recipe as we can adjust the ingredients according to your preference. Puffed rice should be crispy otherwise we can roast them for few minutes to make it crispy. You can add any veggies of your choice. Look at the chaat platter I made along with bhel puri.
