Paneer 65 is simple and quick kids friendly snacks made with paneer.

Ingredients
- Paneer 175 grams
- Besan flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 1.5 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it ready.
- Take Besan and corn flour in a bowl
- Add salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Mix everything to thick paste adding few drops of water.
- Add paneer cubes to it.
- Coat them with masala and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the paneer till golden.
- Drain them in tissue and fry the rest of the batch.
- Crispy paneer 65 is ready.
Notes
I used my homemade paneer. if you are using store bought paneer, soak them in hot water to make it soft.
Adjust spices according to your preference. This is less spicy suitable for kids.
How to make Paneer 65 with step by step pictures
