Prawn 65 | Prawn fry recipe

Learn how to make simple and crispy prawns fry

Ingredients

  • Prawns 200 gms
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 4 tsp
  • Garam masala ¼ tsp
  • Pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the prawns.
  • Marinate the prawns with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, garam masala and pepper powder.
  • Mix well so it coats the prawn. You can add few drops of water if required.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns till crisp.
  • Serve prawns fry hot.

Notes

Corn flour can be substituted by rice flour.
Adjust the spice powders according to your choice. Given measurements gives mild spicy prawns.
