Ingredients
Prawns 200 gms
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Corn flour 4 tsp
Garam masala ¼ tsp
Pepper powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
Wash and clean the prawns.
Marinate the prawns with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, garam masala and pepper powder.
Mix well so it coats the prawn. You can add few drops of water if required.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns till crisp.
Serve prawns fry hot.
Notes
Corn flour can be substituted by rice flour.
Adjust the spice powders according to your choice. Given measurements gives mild spicy prawns.
