Prawn fried rice is simply prawn combined with rice, egg, veggies and sauces

Ingredients
Cooking Rice
Rice 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
For prawns
Prawns 100 gms
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Preparing fried rice
Garlic 6 finely chopped
Onions 1 finely chopped
Capsicum ½ finely chopped
Spring onions ½ cup
Egg 1
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Instructions
Cooking rice
Boil water in pan. Once it boils add the washed basmati rice, oil and salt.
Allow it to cook for 7-8 minutes till rice is 80% cooked.
Drain the water, puff it with fork and keep it aside
Allow the rice to cool down completely.
Preparing prawns
Marinate the prawns with items given under marinate.
Heal oil in pan and shallow fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes and keep it aside
Preparing fried rice
In the same oil add finely chopped garlic and saute for few secs
Add the onions and saute nicely.
Then add capsicum, spring onions and saute in high flame.
Move the mixture to one side of pan and crack the eggs.
Scramble the eggs and add salt, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper powder and mix.
Now add the cooked rice and prawns and saute in high flame till everything is mixed nicely.
Serve the rice hot with manchurian or tomato sauce
Notes
Adjust the salt and pepper according to your taste.
Can directly add the prawns along with vegetables too. You can skip the eggs and add more prawns in the rice
