Quick besan curry | besan kurma
Besan curry is very simple and quick curry made with onion, tomato and besan flour

Instructions
Keep all the ingredients ready
Heat oil in a kadai and put all ingredients mentioned under to temper column
Once it splitters, add onions and slit green chikki
After the onions are browned add the tomatoes
Saute till tomatoes are mushy.
Take ¼ cup of besan flour and mix it with water without lumps
Pour the besan mixture and allow it to boil for few minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
Notes
Besan flour tends to thicken soon. So add more water and adjust the consistency
