Besan curry is very simple and quick curry made with onion, tomato and besan flour. It comes handy when we are lazy to prepare some side dish. Besan curry is easy and quick to prepare. You can be prepare this dish in less than 15 minutes. It goes well with idly dosa or chapati or rotis.

This dish helps to make side dish quickly for dinner after a hectic day or breakfast. Adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding more or less water. Don't add more besan flour as it tends to thicken the gravy more. You can try my Andhra Chicken curry recipe too.
