Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a Kadai
Add Rava to it and roast it.
Add coconut to it and roast till a nice aroma comes and it is completely roasted.
Remove them to the plate.
Grease plate or tray with ghee and keep it ready.
Take sugar in the same Kadai.
Add water to it.
Allow it to boil. First the sugar melts.
Then boil it nicely till it is sticky. if you take the syrup between your fingers it should be sticky.
Add roasted Rava coconut mixture to it.
Keep stirring continuously.
Add cardamom powder to it.
Then add ghee to it.
Stir continuously till it comes together and leaves the side of the pan.
Transfer to greased plate and level it.
Sprinkle some chopped cashews and almonds on top of it.
Slice the burfi while it is warm and serve.
Delicious Rava coconut burfi is ready.
