Red chutney is spicy and flavorful chutney made with red chilli and garlic

Ingredients

  • Red chilli 10
  • Garlic 10-12 big cloves
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • Soak red chillies in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Peel the skin of the garlic and chop them roughly if they are big.
  • Take red chilli, garlic and salt in mixer.
  • Grind to smooth paste adding little water.
  • Spicy red chutney is ready.
  • Store it in clean container and use them as required in chaats.

Notes

Adjust the spiciness according to your preference
Chutney should be thick so don't add too much water while grinding.
Add 1-2 tsp of red chutney while making chaats or spread in your sandwiches.
