Ingredients
- Red chilli 10
- Garlic 10-12 big cloves
- Salt as required
- Water as required
Instructions
- Soak red chillies in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Peel the skin of the garlic and chop them roughly if they are big.
- Take red chilli, garlic and salt in mixer.
- Grind to smooth paste adding little water.
- Spicy red chutney is ready.
- Store it in clean container and use them as required in chaats.
