Mint Coriander Thogayal Recipe | Pudina kothamalli thuvaiyal | Mint Coriander Chutney recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Spicy, flavorful and tangy chutney made with fresh coriander and mint leaves. Thogayal or thuvaiyal as we call is one of the most commonly made side dish in South Indian homes. There are so many variations of making thuvaiyal using different types of greens and it usually comes handy. It keeps well in fridge for few days.
Drizzle some sesame oil or ghee and enjoy with hot rice/idli or dosa. You can mix it with rice and pack for lunch box. This also goes well with variety rice like lemon or tamarind rice. Adjust the amount of greens according to the availability and can add grated coconut. Adding coconut will reduce the self life. I am not big fan of thogayal but make them sometimes when running out of time. So simple and quick recipe which can be made in 10 minutes.
