Sabja Sarbath is a refreshing and cooling summer drink made with nannari syrup and sabja seeds

Ingredients
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Sugar 1-2 tsp
Nannari syrup 3-4 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Water 2 cups
Sabja seeds 2 tsp
Instructions
Soak sabja seeds in ΒΌ cup of water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, sabja seeds will bloom and increase in volume.
Squeeze lemon juice, add sugar and water to it.
Then add nannari syrup to it and mix.
Add the soaked sabja seeds to it and mix.
Sabja sarbath is ready.
Add ice cubes and serve it or chill in the fridge and serve.
Notes
Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the nannari syrup.
