Sabja Sarbath Recipe | Sabja Nannari Sarbath | Basil seeds nannari Sarbath

Sabja Sarbath is a refreshing and cooling summer drink made with nannari syrup and sabja seeds

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1-2 tsp
  • Nannari syrup 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water 2 cups
  • Sabja seeds 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Soak sabja seeds in ΒΌ cup of water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, sabja seeds will bloom and increase in volume.
  • Squeeze lemon juice, add sugar and water to it.
  • Then add nannari syrup to it and mix.
  • Add the soaked sabja seeds to it and mix.
  • Sabja sarbath is ready.
  • Add ice cubes and serve it or chill in the fridge and serve.

Notes

Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the nannari syrup.
