It is a refreshing and cooling summer drink made with nannari syrup and sabja seeds. Sabja seeds are also called sweet basil seeds and have so many nutritional and health benefits.
Sabja is the perfect coolant for Summer along with nannari syrup. You can add them to all fruit juices. Summer is already at its peak and we started looking for a juice to keep us hydrated. This is so quick and easy to make. I used my homemade nannari syrup to make this sarbath. You can adjust the sugar or completely skip depending on the sweetness of the nannari syrup.

Ingredients
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1-2 tsp
- Nannari syrup 3-4 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Water 2 cups
- Sabja seeds 2 tsp
Instructions
- Soak sabja seeds in ¼ cup of water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, sabja seeds will bloom and increase in volume.
- Squeeze lemon juice, add sugar and water to it.
- Then add nannari syrup to it and mix.
- Add the soaked sabja seeds to it and mix.
- Sabja sarbath is ready.
- Add ice cubes and serve it or chill in the fridge and serve.

How to make Sabja Sarbath with step by step pictures
