Dry roast health mix powder in low flame for 5-7 minutes till nice aroma comes.
Heat jaggery along with water in a pan.
Switch off the flame once jaggery is melted.
Strain the jaggery mixture to remove impurities.
Add the jaggery mixture to sathu maavu.
Mix it together so it resembles bread crumbs.
Add cardamom powder to it.
Heat ghee and add handful of cashews
Fry them till light golden
Mix the ghee to mixture slowly and shape them.
Add ghee little by little and form small ladoo
Repeat the same for rest of the mixture
Delicious healthy and nutritious sathu maavu ladoo is ready.
